I hand make each of these American Flags. I start by cutting down 13 strips of pine and burn them all individually for the rustic look. I then stain all of the boards the appropriate color. The flag is then assembled using 4 pine strips on the back that are fastened using brad nails. After assembly the final step is to cut the stars using the cnc machine and install a saw tooth hanger on the back.
